Handling & Production Time 
- Custom Bobbleheads: 1–20 business days for meticulous hand-crafting and detailing.
- 3D Photo Crystals: 1–9 business days for high-precision sub-surface laser engraving.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time (Transit Time)
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days (Reliable and fully tracked secure shipping).
- Express Shipping Upgrade: 3–6 business days (Priority dispatch via express air mail).

Total Delivery Time (Handling + Transit Time)
The total delivery time is calculated from the moment your order confirmation/photo approval is received until the package is delivered to your doorstep. It strictly includes both individual product production time and shipping transit time:

Using Standard Shipping (7–12 business days transit):
- Custom Bobbleheads: 8–32 business days (1–20 business days production + 7–12 business days transit).
- 3D Photo Crystals: 8–21 business days (1–9 business days laser engraving + 7–12 business days transit).

Using Express Shipping (3–6 business days transit):
- Custom Bobbleheads: 4–26 business days (1–20 business days production + 3–6 business days transit).
- 3D Photo Crystals: 4–15 business days (1–9 business days laser engraving + 3–6 business days transit).

2. Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $6.99

  • Eligibility: Orders under $119 USD

  • Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

  • Tracking: ✅ Fully Tracked

  • Notes: Cost-effective, secure delivery with email tracking updates.

3. Express Shipping

  • Cost: $15.99

  • Eligibility: Optional upgrade available at checkout

  • Delivery Time: 3–6 business days

  • Tracking: ✅ Fully Tracked & Priority Dispatch

  • Notes: For faster delivery, ideal for urgent gifts or special occasions.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following countries:
United States (Please note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses), United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and France.
*Note: Some remote regions may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package at any time using our Track Order page or directly on the courier’s website.

  • - We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import taxes, customs duties, and any destination customs fees levied by the recipient's country are fully covered and borne by 3DMemoria. Customers will not be responsible for any additional customs clearance fees upon delivery.
