Return & Refund Policy

At 3DMemoria, we take pride in producing high-quality, custom-made 3D crystal products. Because each item is personalized and made to order, we kindly ask that you carefully review the following return and refund policy before placing an order.

Custom Product Policy

All products are custom-engraved based on the image and specifications you provide. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect photo or text submitted by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction with design preferences that were not clearly communicated prior to production

  • Slight visual variations resulting from the nature of 3D engraving or submitted image quality

Please ensure that all details are correct before submitting your order.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund or free replacement if your order meets any of the following conditions:

  1. The product arrived broken, damaged, or defective

  2. You received the wrong item (wrong size, shape, or engraving)

  3. There is a clear production error on our part

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

  • Optional: unboxing video (if available)

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if the issue is not reported within 7 days or if supporting evidence is incomplete.

Refund or Replacement Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be re-produced and shipped at no extra cost

  • Or a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • We will notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed

Please note: we may request that you return the original item before the refund is issued, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, as production may begin shortly after confirmation. Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed.
