Q: Do you recommend adding an LED light base for my crystal?

A: Yes, we highly recommend pairing your crystal with an LED light base. The light shines directly through the sub-surface engraving, dramatically enhancing the details and making the 3D effect glow beautifully.

Q: Will the background of my original photo be included in the crystal?

A: By default, our professional designers will remove the background of your photo to isolate the subject for the best 3D visual effect. If you explicitly wish to retain the background, please leave a note during checkout.

A: For a Pre-made Body bobblehead, the pose and outfit style are fixed, and only the head is fully customized to match your face (though the clothing colors can be modified). For a Fully Custom Bobblehead, absolutely everything—including the head, pose, clothing style, and base—is customized according to your exact specifications.

A: Our custom bobbleheads are crafted using a premium blend of eco-friendly polyresin and polymer materials. Polyresin provides exceptional durability and structural strength, while the polymer components ensure the facial features look highly realistic, detailed, and vibrant.
